The Flying Pig recently attended The 2010 Catersource Convention in Las Vegas. -- The Flying Pig Culinary Team has been chosen to assist two time U.S. Chef’s Open Silver Medalist and 2008 International Cater Association Award winning caterer Cade Nagy and top event planner Domenic Chiaramonte in preparation and execution of the “Anthology” exhibit at the 2010 Catersource conference and tradeshow in Las Vegas.
