Recipe-of-the-Month:
OVERNIGHT PULL-A-PART ORANGE CINNAMON ROLLS

List of Ingredients

  • 1 c. nuts chopped Walnuts or Pecans
  • 1 pkg. frozen white rolls
  • 1 small (3 oz.) pkg. Vanilla or French Vanilla pudding
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. fresh orange zest
  • 1/2 C brown sugar

Mixing Instructions

Italian Bread Pudding

1. Spray Bundt pan well with non stick cooking spray.

2. Sprinkle bottom of Bundt pan with nuts.

3. Place 1 package of frozen rolls (about 24) into the pan on top of the nuts. Sprinkle pudding mix over the frozen rolls.

4. Melt butter. Add brown sugar, orange zest and cinnamon to melted butter. Drizzle this mixture over the rolls and pudding.

5. Let rise overnight at room temperature (covered with a lightweight towel.)

6. Bake the next morning 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn pan upside down to remove from the pan.
