Charitable Contributions

The Flying Pig firmly believes in giving back to our community; however, we are a small business and we must limit our charitable contributions. To have your organization considered, please fill out and submit the form on the following page.

• Only requests submitted via this form will be reviewed. Unsolicited letters and other printed information will be recycled upon receipt.
• We are usually pre-committed 3 months in advance.
• If we are able to honor your request, we will contact you via phone or U.S. Mail at the address you provide on the enclosed form and arrange delivery of any items donated.
• Allow 3-4 weeks for The Flying Pig to review your request.
• Please do not call or email to follow-up.
